All prospective long term tenants will be required to complete an application for anyone that will reside in the home over the age of 18. There is a $50 non-refundable application fee for the credit/criminal check, per applicant. No application will be processed without receipt of the fee in cash, certified funds, or credit card. All applications are on a first come first serve basis. Any approved applicant is required to pay the security deposit when signing the lease agreement. Applicants may be required to complete an application and be approved PRIOR to viewing available properties. Most security deposits are equal to one month's rent, but could vary depending on credit/tenant history. Pet fees are non-refundable and due with first month's rent.

Community grilling area. NO grill allowed on decks


    $2000/month plus utilities for a one year lease only (will consider extension of another year at that time but no guarantee)

    Rental History References, Credit check required, we will review and consider all applicants. Solid rental history references are important.
