There is a $50 non-refundable application fee for the credit/criminal check, per applicant. No application will be processed without receipt of the fee in cash, certified funds, or credit card. All applications are on a first come first serve basis. Any approved applicant is required to pay the security deposit when signing the lease agreement. Applicants may be required to complete an application and be approved PRIOR to viewing available properties. Most security deposits are equal to one month's rent, but could vary depending on credit/tenant history. Pet fees are non-refundable and due with first month's rent.
