How many bedrooms and bathrooms do I need? How much privacy do I want for myself and other guests? For example, will all adults need their own bathrooms? Do I want the master bedroom to be a certain distance from the main living area or even other bedrooms?
Do I really want a newer or remodeled vacation rental home, or am I okay with staying in an older home?
I definitely want access to a pool – do I need a private pool or is a community pool okay?
Do I want to be in a central location within walking distance of shopping and dining, or would I prefer to stay in a more secluded area with less traffic?

You can choose to reserve your Outer Banks vacation rental over the phone with one of our reservationists, or right here online by clicking on the "book now" button found on each property page or from the availability calendars. Our offices are open seven days a week year-round from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (with the exception of Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day). Live assistance is available online during office hours. Real-time availability and booking are available online 24/7.
When you book by phone or online, we’ll first need to collect your contact information and a valid credit card to put on file in order to hold the reservation; however, you don’t necessarily have to pay with a credit card or even make your payment at this time. Payment is due within three days of booking (with the exception of reservations made within thirty days of arrival, partial stays, or reservations for which the rate was discounted or negotiated, which are due in full the day of booking. See Rental Policies section for details.)
After your contact and credit card information have been collected, you’ll be provided with log in information to GuestWeb, an online dashboard that can be accessed by clicking the Guest Login link at the top of any page.
Return to GuestWeb anytime to ask us questions, add more packages and services, make your balance payment, and refer to your lease agreement. You can also call our reservations department if you’d rather make your first payment over the phone.

Throughout the booking process, as your vacation approaches, and after your departure, you’ll receive e-mails from us that will serve as both confirmations and reminders.
If you’re not an e-mail person, be sure to mark your calendar for the balance payment due date (thirty days before arrival).
Allow plenty of time for mail if you plan on sending a personal check for your balance payment. Be sure to review the Payment Policy.
