Ocean Sands

A large and centrally located community in Corolla, Ocean Sands lies between the wide beaches of the Atlantic to the east, and the exclusive Currituck Club golf course to the west. A community pool is available to select homes (see individual property descriptions/amenity lists). Tennis courts are available to Sections D thru M.

Please note that operating golf carts in the Ocean Sands community is prohibited. Trailers cannot be parked in driveways.
