Please review, sign and submit this agreement at your earliest convenience. At this time, only the $45 (plus tax) pre-reservation is required to hold this week until next year's rates are finalized this Fall. Once finalized, you will receive an email with instructions to login to Guest Web where you can review your official lease agreement with finalized pricing, and provide payment information for your first deposit (1/2 the rent plus the optional traveler's insurance). By pre-reserving this property, you are under no obligation to keep this reservation and may unbook at any time before signing your lease or making your first deposit. However, please note that the pre-reservation fee is nonrefundable and non-transferable (once paid, cannot be applied to a different property).
