What Our 2011 Guests Had to Say...

"We had originally planned to spend the week at a home on Hatteras Island that we had rented privately but were unable to due to hurricane Irene. On Tuesday afternoon we arrived at your office after having spoken to someone on the phone on Tuesday morning who assured us that we would be able to find a place. We did call other realty offices, who were unable or unwilling to help us out. The reason for this letter is to show appreciation for the two very friendly and helpful women that worked so hard for us & many others on that Tuesday afternoon. They were tired, hungry (Rita had a very cold hamburger sitting by her desk that she did not have time to eat) & overworked (the phone never stopped ringing). I found out near the end of my dealings with Rita that she had personally suffered loss in the hurricane. I could not believe how helpful & friendly she was. Here I was concerned about not having a vacation home for a week when she had experienced the loss of so much more. Unfortunately, I did not get the name of the other woman who was working with Rita that afternoon, but she too couldn't have been more helpful. Please pass on our thanks to them. They both helped to make our vacation a success. Stan White Realty should be proud to have them as their employees. We will definitely rent through Stan White Realty again because of the excellent customer service we received that day."

"My family has been vacationing on the Outer Banks for many years - always through Stan White Realty. We would not continue to do so if it were not an excellent experience. For as long as I can remember we rented the same oceanfront home in Nags Head and always had a wonderful time. This year, I rented a condo in Duck through Stan White and got to experience the rental process first hand. From the time I inquired about how to reserve the property until check-out, the staff was extremely helpful. All the ladies I talked to over the phone were quite courteous and the gals in the Duck office were lovely. We only had one key in our envelope but had two couples in the rental - as soon as I let the staff know, they gave us another key. The unit itself was very nice and felt like home - well decorated and maintained. I am confident that if there were any issues with our property, Stan White would have helped us out immediately. Stan White is a part of our tradition staying on the Outer Banks, and there is no doubt that I will continue to use their services for our Outer Banks vacation needs."

"We used Stan White for a week rental. The Condo had a great view of the Ocean; kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were all clean. As for the Outer Banks, we loved the fact that it's not commercialized like Myrtle Beach, probably as close to a "natural" setting as you're going to get on the East Coast. I'm hoping that we can go back in 2012!"
