We had a fabulous time at Heron Cove. We have stayed at Outer Banks nearly every year for the past 15 years! Heron Cove is really nice. I especially enjoyed having a nice large deck that had no enterance or exit so that our 3 year old could roam without getting outside. We also enjoyed the covered parking with the locked storage closet to keep our "sandy" items. It really kept the sand out of the condo. We loved that it was all one level. The only negative I can say is that you must walk around the pool in order to get to the steps to the beach however, you can see the pool from the condo deck making it easy to call our family in for dinner. The other negative is being on the first floor, we didn't have an "ocean view" but, we requested first floor to eliminate our child going up and down multiple flights of steps. All in all...we had a nice time, great visit, and look forward to coming back!! --Message from Manager-- Hi Melissa, thank you for your review! Wow, what a great place to stay at. I loved the large master bedroom and bathroom. The covered deck is great to have morning breakfast on.
