Outer Banks Rental: #KH7 - PONY TAIL

Location is great. We stayed 2 weeks and really enjoyed it. The furniture is outdated and not very comfortable. The beds squeeked when you move.
and were terribly uncomfortable. We did not use the outdoor shower but I can see it being an asset with kids. Beware of people coming to the beach and drinking beer all day they look for places to urinate. We had two instances in which we had to run two men off which were trying to urinate beside the beach house. Stake your claim early for a place on the beach in front of your beach house because other people not staying on the beach will set up right in front of you even though you are paying for it. If you don't mind the out dated appliances and furniture then this place will be great for you. The people at Stan White realty were very nice and helpful.

We apologize for the beds and will certainly contact the owner regarding mattress replacement. And we are VERY sorry to hear about the uninvited bathroom goers - sometimes people have a little too much fun on the beach ;) Great advice for anyone staying in an oceanfront home - stake your claim early because the beach is public.
