Travelers Insurance
Vacations are big investments. We encourage all of our guests to purchase the Travelers Insurance with their Outer Banks vacation rental by automatically adding this to your lease agreement (if you wish to remove this charge, simply initial to decline). This policy, provided by Red Sky Insurance, will provide coverage in the event of unexpected circumstances, such as a serious illness or death in the family, a medical emergency before or during your trip, or a mandatory hurricane evacuation. We especially recommend this insurance if booking a reservation during hurricane season; as in the case with Hurricane Irene, having this coverage will not only save your investment and possibly your vacation, but also your peace of mind during such disasters.

Early Check-In
Get here early and beat the crowds. Request early check-in for $75 plus tax and you can pick up your keys as early as 1PM. It’s an affordable way to pack the most vacation into the first day of your trip (less time stuck in traffic, more time on the beach). Early Check-In is available on homes with 4 or less bedrooms. Pre-Reservations
We hope you’ll be our guest again next year! When you book one of our Outer Banks vacation rentals, you’ll have first priority in reserving the home for the same calendar week of the following year. Simply return the completed Pre-Reservation form in your check-in packet with the Pre-Reservation fee during your stay. Be sure to return it no later than check-out, as the home and week will automatically become available to other guests the day after your departure. Additional Housekeeping
Upon request and for a nominal fee, our housekeepers can return mid-week (or between weeks for multiple week reservations) to clean your vacation rental. Costs vary depending on the size of the property. Please contact our reservations department for details and to make arrangements before check-in.
With the exception of Carolina Club rentals, an optional linen package will be automatically added to your lease agreement. The cost of this package varies depending on the size of the home and can be removed by declining this option on your lease. The linen package includes bed sheets, pillow cases, and two towel sets per bedroom (towel set includes one bath towel, one hand towel, and one wash cloth). Additional linens can also be added to your reservation if needed. For a small fee, we can also include bed making with the optional linen package.

Pet Friendly Vacations
Book one of our Outer Banks Pet-Friendly Rentals and bring the entire family this year. These homes allow up to two adult dogs for a fee of $150 plus tax per pet. Be sure to indicate on your lease agreement the number of dogs you will be bringing. See the Pets section on our Rental Policies page for more details.
Special Events
We welcome you to have your wedding or special event in one of our Outer Banks Special Event Rentals. Please let our reservations department know that you will be having a special event in the home. Owner approval is required, and maximum occupancy varies. A Special Event fee and security deposit are required. Our Special Event coordinator can help you with all the details in reserving the home and answer any questions you may have.
