Booking a last minute vacation? If your arrival date is less than 21 days away, you have the opportunity to place a bid on any rental property. Follow the instructions below for incredible savings.

Please follow these easy steps to place your bid:

1. Check the property's availability calendar to make sure it is open for the week you are interested in reserving.
2. Fill out the form below to place your bid.
3. You will receive an acceptance, rejection, or counter offer as soon as possible.
4. Once your bid is accepted, you will receive a confirmation and lease agreement, which will need to be signed with payment provided in full within 24 hours of acceptance.

Important information: Only one bid per user will be considered at a time. Additional bids for other properties or weeks will not be taken while your previous bid is pending. Although you have the right to place any bid on any available property, please refer to the normal advertised rates before placing your bid. Bids are for the base weekly rate only. Note that sales tax (11.75%, or 12.75% for Corolla) and an administrative fee will be added to your accepted bid, and optional packages (Travelers Insurance, linens, pet fees, etc.) may be purchased at additional costs. All accepted bids must be paid in full within 24 hours of acceptance and are non-refundable per our cancellation policy.
